Syntho-Glass® UP Pipe Repair Kit is specifically designed for under pressure leak repair applications. By combining the original Syntho- Glass product, with the extremely chemically resistant Syntho-Steel and unique Pressure Sealing Rubber Tape, this offers the geometric flexibility to repair joints, tees, couplings, and pinholes. This complete system simplifies the application process and is prepackaged to accommodate pipes up to 10 inch in diameter for an active leak up to 60 psi. For sizes above 10” up to 12” dia more than one kits for the higher dia could be used. To repair pipes with higher pressure, the operating pressure have to be reduced to 60psi during application. After a curing time of 30 mins, the repaired pipes can be operated up to a maximum of  300psi. Larger repair applications can be engineered to meet your requirements.
