Voltage test on complete cable: The cables will be put in water at 20 ℃ for 1 hour, under the test voltage for 5 minutes, no breakdown of the insulation shall occur.
Thermosetting mixture thermal elongation test: Maximum elongation under loading: 100%
Maximum unloading elongation : 25%
Low temperature tensile test: Minimum elongation of Insulation: 30%
Minimum elongation of Sheath: 30%
Pressure test at high temperature: 
1. Chill the cable after pressure test, no breakdown at A.C. 6.5 kv in 10 minutes;
2. The indentation shouldn't be deeper than 50% of the wall thickness.
Properties after ageing in oven:
Maximum variation of tensile strength: -30%
Maximum variation of elongation at break: -30%
