SCALE HUNTER  :Anti scaling and descaling : Can be installed in Domestic ,Agriculture  and Industrial application  before the Heat Exchangers, Condensers, chilling plants, boilers, humidification plants to avoid scale formation in this equipment and it helps in descaling in pipes if scales already exist.

When water flows through the IMPULSE WITH  ELECTROLYSIS WATER converter  at a pressure of 2kg/cm2,turbulence * impulse  is created, with the result the frequency , molecular properties of water and minerals change and the property of mineral becomes cohesive leaving their adhviness properties .This cumulative effect of phenomenon RESULTS into ANTI SCALING in this pipe lines when installed IMPULSE WITH  ELECTROLYSIS WATER converter   in the pipelines .

As far as  descaling is concerned in the existing pipes, when used with IMPULSE WITH  ELECTROLYSIS WATER converter  the thin molecules of water interact with scale and get  dislodged and flown downstream.  This descaled material has to be collected in the filters  Which are to be installed at strategic  locations to avoid clogging in heat exchanger tubes, condenser tubes, return lines to cooling towers, etc .

In order to maintain the separation of water molecules and mineral molecules an electrolysis process is initiated in the IMPULSE WATER converter   with 12v dc power supply  from our supplied panel . 
There are no moving parts in   SS 316L and cooper sheet is used for the manufacture of  IMPULSE  WITH  ELECTROLYSIS WATER converter   ,THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS EQUIPMENT and the life of this equipment will be 15 -20 years.

 As the power supply  of 220 AC/440v supply from mains is needed for the control  panel, the power consumption is very minimal to the tune of 2 to 8 units per month.
