1- A through out interwiew / physical testing is carried out assess,
a) The adequate experience with safe working practice.
b) The technical skill required to offshore job.
c) The compliance with offshore QHSE requirements.
d) The language proficiency in order to communicate & coordinate with client & supervisors.

2- Veryfication of training and certification such as NVQ,CITB,Velosi etc.

3- Assessment of their QHSE knowledge required for offshore conditions.

4- Veryficaion of general fitness conditions including medical examination,BMI,and ability to work safely in adverse conditions,

Our supervisor’s task includes, but not limited to:

a) Coordination with site Manager

b) Evaluation of material required to complete the given task.

c) Ensure safe errection of scaffolding with in the targeted time to avoid any discontinuity or disruption of the site work schedule

d) Issuing scaftag so other trade/person can got access safety to their working area

e) Monitoring the daily progress by evaluating the volume of scaffolding erected or dismantled against the man hours

f) Ensure that no unauthorized changes are made to scaffolding.
