Rxsol passivation is highly conc and acidic product , it does not give black or yellow stain marks after washing with water. It simultaneously removes annealing colours, ferritic contamination & weld burns. Spray is very safe & easy to use for cleaning of large equipments like s. S. Vessels, dryers, agitators, dairy machinery, fermentators, internals as well as externals of pipes by pressurised spray bottle or pump. Passivation proces improve the corrosion resistance of metal parts / surface. Concentrated materials are suitable for use only on stainless steel. While diluted is suitable for cleaning aluminum.

1)Passivation Liquid RX
It is used to clean weld seams and surrounding areas with brush. It is used to remove heavy scales, discolouration, annealing colours, rust particles near weld and welding affected area by heat.
Circulation method : For closed system like PIPE , use concentrated materials atleast for 1-2 Hrs . Then FLUSH the system with TECHNICAL GRADE OF DI-WATER ( which is free from , all SOLUBLE IMPURITIES ).Part No:RXSOL-20-2401-210.
2)Passivation Liq. Blend with Citric Acid
Citric acid passivation has become increasingly popular with manufacturers who want to avoid the use of mineral acids or solutions containing sodium dichromate, along with the disposal problems and greater safety concerns associated with their use. Citric acid is considered environmentally friendly in every respect. Although citric acid passivation offers attractive environmental advantages, soaps having success with mineral acid passivation and suffering no safety issues might want to stay the course. 3)Sodium Dichromate ( BICHROMATE )
After thorough cleaning, the stainless steel part is ready for immersion in a passivating acid bath. Any one of three approaches can be used--nitric acid passivation, nitric acid with sodium dichromate passivation and citric acid passivation. 4)Nitric Acid 62 to 68%

5)Phenol Cleaner
