The lightweight and compact inspection robots have been specially engineered for long-range tasks up to 500 m. Also, an additional ancillary plug accommodates various useful accessories such as 2D imaging sonar, thickness measurement probe, physio-chemical measurers, and sediment samplers. The lightweight ROV can be packed in a single all-in-one waterproof transport case that hosts the robot, operating console and the umbilical cable for hassle-free deployment at any site. Atlantic ROV Ocean-I is suitable for inland water monitoring, seabed modeling for subsea applications, offshore patrolling, water sampling, and dam bathymetry surveys.
The Atlantic ROV Ocean-I robot enables deep underwater inspection fitted with NiMh embedded batteries and 2 high sensitivity 700 TVL cameras. It can operate at a maximum speed of 2 knots and host accessories such as 2D imaging sonar, thickness measurement gauge, video enhancement, defect scaling software, physio-chemical measurers, and sediment samplers. It comes loaded with a smart control system with 8” LCD screen, 2 multi-functional joysticks, and soft touchpad.
