FLOWMAG1600H Insertion electromagnetic BTU / heat meter (or magnetic BTU meters) measures the thermal energy consumption in heating and cooling applications where hot-tap or insertion installations are preferred, It is comprised of a converter, a flow sensor and 2 temperature sensors. Then flow sensor is inserted through the hole on the pipeline, and the converter picks up the voltage signals generated by the fluid passing the electrodes of the sensor, and the 2 temperature sensors are installed on the inlet pipe and outlet pipe separately, the converter picks up the signals sensors, and calculate the heat according to the flow volume and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet pipelines. then convert the voltage to the readings on the integrated LCD display or a control system.,
