We manufacture standard profile seals to a large range of sizes, efficiently from standard materials. Special designs and materials are also available at short lead times. New materials and ongoing software and machine development programs ensure that seal maker products keep up-to-date with the constantly evolving requirements of bjseal customers. Most of the seal profiles can be manufactured to sizes from 10mm to 580mm, in-house, the same day at bjseal. Larger sizes up to 2000mm can be produced with longer lead times. To order seals from bJseal, we simply need to know, the profile, groove dimensions, and type of fluid/service. Alternatively, bjseal can match to your sample seals, or measure your components for you.
