A universal super performance packing made of PTFE(polytetra fluoro ethylene) filament yarn reinforced with synthetic fibre Duplex braided interlock construction to increase dimension stability and impregnated with high temperature graphite. The combining benefit of PTFE, Graphite & high temperature resisting lubricants gland packing offers the ideal balance between density, resilience, compressibility,strength and durability of the packing. Sigma 90 packing is safe, more flexible, and non-toxic. Fluids can be sealed with a minimum of gland pressure, there is less friction as well as heat build up. It is an inert, virtually indestructible packing, having a lower co-efficient of friction with good compressive strength.
