gas pipelines. The Atlantic Sand-O-Meter is a non-invasive single-channel sand
monitoring system that consists of a control unit and an acoustic sensor to
trace sand particles to analyze the accurate ratio of sand mass in the pipeline.
The high sensitivity of the sensor allows for solids production measurement and
erosion detection in the pipeline to avoid damages and production losses caused
by the presence of sand. The Sand-O-Meter works well in high-temperature
conditions and is capable of detecting sand impact effectively in high flow
rates. The adjustable mounting strap, robust clamp-on design and long extension
lead make it suitable for different applications, while real-time data and
