The Facet VF-22SB is versatile, compact, economical, light weight housing for superior in-line filtration protection. This housing utilizes the same elements as previous 22 Series housings, but offers the benefit of a quick open swing bolt type close along with a new optional mounting bracket for installation.

The Facet VF-22SB Series -Fuel-Gard monitors, installed with one Fuel-Gard monitor cartridge, will continually check the entire flow of fuel, not just mere samples, for water or solids contamination. By performing three jobs, this small compact monitor assures clean, dry fuel. It absorbs free and emulsified water, removes ultra-fine solids, and shuts down system flow when hit with a localized slug of water.

Depending on the type ofcartridge selected, the housing may be used as a filter, absorptive filter,

filter separator or air/gas entrainment separator to remove solids, water, mistor hydrocarbon carryover.

Both interior and exterior surfaces of the carbon steel body are epoxy coated to protect against corrosion.This sturdy, single cartridge housing is easy to maintain and requires only 2÷ (51 mm) base clearance for cartridge change out.
