One of the challenging among them is the spiral staircase due to it\\\'s complexity and the amount of work involved with the stair cases.There are many challenges in making custom stairs as certain measurements have to be made or kept in mind before creating spiral around steel tank.  One of the challenges is measuring the curvature of the stair stingers which is two part steel structure that holds the stair threads together. The stingers must be put together carefully in exact matching curvature perpendicular to the first curve in the arc that is located at precise height at the right exact position in the tank.Steel Spiral StaircaseSpiral StaircaseWhat makes it challenging is aligning the outer and inner parts together. The outside stinger must be parallel to inner which must be carefully planned.  The reason is there is some distance out away from the wall of the tank as it requires different curve computation and it has same relation to other stringer in the spiral.Below is the diagram of spiral steel rail which was built by us and custom measurements were carefully taken. There are different standards for making spiral rails and if rest platforms which are intermediate levels are present then computations start again from the platform level which goes on to the next level. Meticulous care must be taken to check and see if all the substructures must fit in together and maintains the aesthetic sense and beauty.
