CANS FILLING AND SEAMING MACHINE

This machine is used to seam the beer and other carbonated beverage after it
is filled. The capacity is 25 – 45 cans/min

The machine is divided into two parts - filling and can sealing. The filling
part adopts isobaric filling method. In order to prevent the volatilization of
CO2 in the liquid, the temperature is around 4℃; The sealing part adopts a
double - wheel progressive seal.

The Seaming Principle:

After the empty cans pass the conveyor and separated by enter-in cans screw,
it will enter the can supporting base driven by the drive plate. Then the base
rise and move the can to the position of first switch valve and make the first
exhaust. Then the base continues to rise and seam with the filling valve, and
immediately close the airway tube. Then the exhaust switch is open and the
second exhaust is made. The filling valve continues to spin and goes to the
second position of opening valve. Then the filling valve is open and the liquid
goes to the can until it is full.

After the filling process, the filling barrel spins to the exhaust valve,
unload the extra pressure. The can supporting base goes down and separate the
can with the filling valve. The can is sent from the filling machine to the cap
falling-down device by the hook chain. After the device can detect the can, it
falls the cap down and deliver the can to the seaming machine by the drive
plate. After it is seamed by the seaming machine, the drive plate will deliver
the can to the conveyor.

The Features:

The sealing machine head seal uses the biaxial structure: the feed amount of
the first and second roller can be adjusted and controlled separately.

The secondary exhaust structure of the filling machine: the second exhaust of
the filling machine can reduce the oxygen content in the tank and extend the
shelf life;

Heavy bearing are widely used in this machine; the imported bearings are used
in the key heavy loading area so that the service life and stability can be
extended.

High quality components: We use Siemens PLC, Taida inverter, Xin Jie touch
screen, Yad solenoid valve and Omron proximity switch.

Convenient Operation: The production speed can be adjusted on touch screen;
The machine will automatically alarm when normal malfunctions happens, and will
also give the corresponding reasons. According to the severity of the
malfunctions, PLC will judge whether to stop the machine.

The machine has good appearance, stable operation and low noise. It is the
ideal filling and seaming equipment in China at present.
