Important Points to Note:

1. Please advise, if any marking/information to be printed on the bag or any label to be pasted on the bag. If any marking to be print on bag in multicolour and or any fabricated bag to be use, then that may cost additional. Buyer will have to provide this information within 3 days from the date of confirmation of business.

2. As of now, export of this variety of rice is permitted. But at the time of export, if the Government imposes any restrictions/ban or export tax or duties, the same will be chargeable, accountable and acceptable to the buyer, at actual.

3. Quality of Agro products at LOAD PORT will be final & acceptable to BUYER.

4. Price is an indicative purpose only. Prices are on FOB any port in India. Prices will be subject to reconfirmation at the time order placed by the BUYER.
