THREEGEE manufactures Apron Type Metals Belts for various applications used in high temperature furnaces, re-driers , quenching tanks, freezer tunnels, tunnel ovens, food processing for their various conveying applications used by steel foundries, tobacco, paints, synthetic fiber , rubber, chemicals industries Etc… These are endless belts formed by hinging together two or more precision perforated aprons exactly as per the open area and the type of holes specified. Perforated belts are available in any variation, with width from max 4000 mm to min 1000 mm , pitch varing from 50.4 mm to 304.8 mm, in mild steel, aluminium or stainless steel & thickness of metal varing from min. 1 mm thick to 4 mm max. thickness.

Metal belts of this type have excellent strength to weight ratio, thanks to our special chain design which clamps the apron and support plates which also have good flexibility which is achieved by the precise punching of the hinge slots , which are manufactured on cnc machines.
